Providing flag football in the Eastern suburbs [Monroeville, Plum, Greensburg, Trafford and Forrest Hills] of Pittsburgh by holding practices and games at Gateway Middle School. At this location we aim to have boys only and girls only divisions each season as the interest in flag football continues to grow at a fast pace. This location operates in partnership with the Parks and Recreation Department of the Municipality of Monroeville, providing a premier space for flag football games for our youth league and the kids in the Eastern suburbs of Pittsburgh.

  • Arrive a little early as parking will fluctuate throughout the day.

Tips to prepare:

  • Spikes are not required, but highly recommended as long as the spikes are not metal baseball spikes.
  • Talk to your child about giving their best effort throughout every drill.
  • Encourage them to listen to coaches when they are talking and ask questions when they do not understand something.
  • Reinforce to them that they will not be the only child their for the first time and its ok if they make a mistake.

  • Team names are already predetermined based upon parent responses in the pre-season questionnaire.

Age Cutoff

****Your child's division is based on their age as of January 1st, 2025. Essentially, however old they are on January 1st, 2025 will determine there division. If your child would like to be promoted to a higher division, please complete the Division Promotion Form. ****

  • Games and practices will be held on Saturdays between 9:00am - 12:30pm [2hr parental time commitment]

  • 9yr - 10yr (coed) - LIMITED
  • 11yr - 13yr (coed) - OPEN
  • 13yr - 15yr  (boys only) - GO LIST ONLY [We need 26 interested players to complete the Go List form]
COST
  • $225 per child
  • Each player receives an NFL Flag jersey with last name on the back along with NFL Flag shorts included with initial cost
  • $15 late fee added after the deadline
