This Sunday, at Stage AE on the North Shore from 11am-7pm,

The Pittsburgh Flag Football League has been considered the most interactive brand of flag football since its inaugural season in the fall of 2009. This Sunday, at Stage AE on the North Shore from 11am-7pm, the PFFL will be enhancing its interactive experience by taking part in the first annual Summer Sports Jam sponsored by UPMC Centers for Rehab Services.

The event, being held by the Pittsburgh Post Gazette and 93-7 The Fan, is free to the general public and will feature both current and past Pittsburgh sports stars, autograph signings and plenty of other activities for the Pittsburgh sports fan! With Neil Walker, Franco Harris and many others scheduled to be on hand, it’s sure to be a great time.

While browsing through the event, be sure to check out the PFFL booth. As many know, the PFFL is a growing league widely known for its adult flag football league. However, the PFFL launched a youth league that started last Friday, and is already showing signs of becoming a growing league. Sign-ups for both the adult and youth leagues will be held at the event, while the PFFL booth will also be participating in giveaways.

If you’re interested in competing in one of the fastest growing flag football leagues in Pittsburgh, or are looking to get your son or daughter involved in a friendly, competitive atmosphere, then make sure you stop by the Summer Sports Jam Sunday afternoon for sign-ups or more information.
