The BEARS are just one of those teams that you know is going to figure themselves out to get where they want to get. Like a lot of teams in their position, it took some time to mesh completely. After a week one shutout win against the BENGALS showcased their full capabilities on both sides of the ball, regression reared its head in week 2 in the form of a disappointing 20-14 loss to the BILLS.

But the thing about this team is that they didn’t let a loss throw them out of whack.  Led by the in-depth coaching of coach Ashley DiCicco, They put it in the practice before every game with route running and fundamentals that are already showing improvement.  In a week 3 matchup with the first place PATRIOTS, the BEARS showed what they are capable of.  Pulling out a gutsy performance, the BEARS relied on their defense to stand tall and pulled out a 14-12 victory to put them in a tie for first place.

The exciting thing about this squad is their constant position shuffling and unpredictability that comes with it. Coach DiCicco does a fantastic job of getting the ball in the hands of every player throughout the game, which makes this offense even harder to scheme against and defend. Their strength comes as a whole team rather than individually, and that makes this a team to watch for the future.
