Playing Flag Football has so many benefits not only for your health, but a place to come to learn life lessons.

Flag football is a sport enjoyed from youth-adult. Playing Flag football compared to playing in the NFL you are way less likely to get injured. It is not a contact sport except, for the pulling of the flags. There is no tackling and no helmet to helmet contact. This prevents injuries such as concussions that have life-altering consequences such as chronic traumatic encephalopathy more commonly known as CTE. CTE was made known because of founder Dr. Bennet Omalu. Will Smith portrayed him in the Pittsburgh based movie Concussion. Dr. Bennet Omalu was a Forensic pathologist who discovered CTE. CTE affects your brain in a very negative way which is caused from blows to your head. Dr. Omalu is known too for diagnosing famous Pittsburgh Steelers very own Mike Webster.
