Game Coverage: BALD EAGLES vs SMOKE

Fred Warrell led his team by having five touchdowns and had a rate of 113.7% for completions.

This past weekend THE BALD EAGLES (2-4) faced SMOKE (6-2).  SMOKE was expected to dominate THE BALD EAGLES,but the game ended up coming down to the wire.  For THE BALD EAGLES, Cameron Sutherland and Michael Clemm Jr lead their team to victory.  Sutherland led the team with three touchdowns, one interception, and had a completion percentage of 73.8. 

Clemm Jr also contributed to this game by having one touchdown, one interception, and 71.6 in completions.  Other teammates that helped THE BALD EAGLES finish out strong were: TA Smith (1 touchdown), Darnell Clemm (3 touchdowns), and Lasotto Smith (1 touchdown).   THE BALD EAGLES defense stepped up a tremendous amount this past weekend with Sutherland and Clemm Jr, leading the team on the defencive side of ball as well.  Sutherland ended with two tackles and Clemm Jr had the most with five.

For SMOKE, Fred Warrell led his team by having five touchdowns and had a rate of 113.7% for completions.  Craig Stamm and Michael Moyce also contributed a touchdown a piece.  The SMOKE, was also on their toes on defence during this game.  Majic Grigg, Craig Stamm, Keith Jackson, Shawn Vaughn, and Michael Moye were the key players on why this game ended up being so close.  Grigg had two tackles, Stamm Vaughn with one tackle a piece, and Moye with one sack and one tackle.

Each team is having their struggles this season, but seem to working them out.  The season will only keep on getting more interesting from here on out.
