This weekend is the fifth week of flag football, and Team Primetime is off to a very strong start this season as they are 4-0. The team is made up of: Kenny Ashmore, CJ Baker, Tahir Jackson,Mike Kelley, Jason Scott, and Kory Vorum.  In the past two games, Primetime dominated the Hurricanes 40-6, and, defeated Neon Black 27-7.  The main person behind the success of Primetime is no other than Kory Vorum.  Vorum has been a star player for his team the past couple of years.

He had a strong start to this season with two touchdowns in the first game and is currently leading the league with eleven sacks. The league record for sacks currently is held by Gary Jones, who played for The Wrecking Crew.  In one season, Jones had twenty-six sacks, and this has been the record for the past three years.  Last fall, Vorum had a total of fourteen sacks, eleven tackles, and two safeties leading his team to an undefeated regular season.

Over the summer, Team Primetime traveled to many flag football tournaments to improve their game.  According to Vorum’s team, they are on a mission to win this season and that Kory is really the glue that keeps their team together.  Kory Vorum and rest of his team will face The Billy Goatz on October 8 and 8:45 AM.  It is predicted to be a good game as both teams will go in undefeated.
