“My goals are to provide the best quality of measurement for the athleticism of the flag football players,”

For several years now, the PFFL has given its players and fans the most innovative flag football experience imaginable. And now, the league appears to have outdone itself with its latest addition.

On Saturday, March 5, the PFFL will be holding an NFL combine-like series of workouts provided by Integrated Fitness during Saturday’s Tournament.

“My goals are to provide the best quality of measurement for the athleticism of the flag football players,” owner of Integrated Fitness Josh Brobrowski said. “We also want to give them an idea of how they can improve their game through us or on their own.”

This is the first time something of this sort has been offered by the PFFL, but according to Brobrowski, it may not be the last.

“We’re looking to continue to do this throughout the season,” he said. “As long as people enjoy the experience, We’d love to continue to be a part of this.”

The workouts are sure to prove which PFFL players are not just great players, but also great athletes. On top of that, it gives players and teams bragging rights until at least the next combine.

The workouts will include a vertical jump test, bench press, 40-yard sprint, a second 40-yard sprint with a 90-pound weight sled and a short, timed workout that tests muscle endurance as well as strength.

So if you haven’t signed up for the upcoming tournament, make sure to do so and be a part of this most innovative experience. It can go a long way into proving what you and your team can bring to the PFFL table.
