This week, the two will face off with the regular season title on the line.

Over the course of the spring, the CARDINALS and PATRIOTS have worked their way to the top of the 10-to-12 year-old division. This week, the two will face off with the regular season title on the line.

Both teams have been unstoppable so far and sit at 4-0 overall. But four teams — the CHIEFS, BRONCOS, TEXANS and PACKERS — are right behind them at 3-1.

The pressure is still on, as the each squad will play two games in the final week of the season. If one of the groups loses both of its contests, it could end up as low as sixth place in the division.

The two teams excel on opposite sides of the ball, as the PATRIOTS have been led by a stifling defense while the CARDINALS have one of the division’s best offenses.

Opposing offenses have struggled against the PATRIOTS all season long, as teams are averaging only 7.75 points per game. But while the group has leaned on its defense, the offense has been potent as well. After a slow start, the unit has averaged 26.3 points per game in its last three contests.

The CARDINALS, on the other hand, boast one of the league’s best offenses. They average 26.5 points per game while giving up only 8.25. The team had its most impressive showing in week 1, crushing the PACKERS (3-1) by a score of 32-0.

The game should be an exciting matchup between two of the PFFL’s best. Much is at stake, and both squads will need to be at their best to earn the top seed in the playoffs. Kickoff is at 6:30 p.m. on field 3.
