This Sunday marked Week 4 of the adult league, bringing us into October and already over the halfway point in the regular season.  With only three more weeks to go, some teams are solidifying their positions among the league’s elite, while others are just digging a deeper hole for themselves.  Here’s some a few of the winners and losers of Week 4 as well as the season’s stat leaders.

1. BILLY GOATZ went 3-0 on Sunday to continue their undefeated season, winning by large margins against MARS 35-7, HURRICANES 34-18, and HONEY BADGERS 34-7.  With those wins, BILLY GOATZ improved their record to 6-0 on the season and currently sit in first place of the STEEL East. They are averaging a whopping 32.8 points per game.

2. SUICIDE SQUAD also went 3-0, dominantly defeating TRIBE 41-0, WRENIS PINKLES 33-7, and WRECKING CREW 28-0.  SUICIDE SQUAD is averaging 28.4 points per game and currently sits in first place of the IRON North with an impressive 6-1 record.

Notables: PATRIOTS and FIGHT CLUB won both their games this weekend and MARS went 2-1 in Week 4 play.

1. YOUNG BLOODZ went 0-3 on Sunday with losses to the PATRIOTS 19-12, ANOTHER ONE 26-13, and a shutout 26-0 to FIGHT CLUB. YOUNG BLOODZ remains winless this season with a record of 0-7 and is averaging a mere 7.9 points per game.

2. TRIBE also went 0-3 in Week 4, losing 41-0 to SUICIDE SQUAD, 40-13 to HONEY BADGERS, and 37-2 to MARS.  TRIBE is 0-8 and still searching for their first win of the season.  The team is not even averaging a touchdown on offense, scoring an average of 5.5 points per game.

Notables: VENOM, VOODOO, and HURRICANES all went without a win this week.

Passing:

SUICIDE SQUAD’s Cornell Mack and BILLY GOATZ’ Jordan Fowler are tied for the most touchdowns passes with 25 each.  Mack is completing 70.9% of his passes while Fowler is slightly better in that department at 82.6%.

Receiving:

PATRIOTS’ Jeff Holmes leads the league in receptions with 48.  SUICIDE SQUAD’S Josh Vermilian and PRIMETIME’s Kenny Ashmore are tied for the most touchdown receptions with 12 each.

Defensive:

On the defensive side, PUCK U’s Josh Linton leads the league with 33 tackles.  PRIMETIME’s Kory Vorum is leading the league with 10.0 and in terms of interceptions, BILLY GOATZ’ DJ Douglas is on top with 8.
