In their final game of the season, the 4-0 SEAHAWKS went up against the 1-3 FALCONS in an attempt to remain undefeated.

The 13-15 year-old age division was dominated this season by the SEAHAWKS.  In their final game of the season, the 4-0 SEAHAWKS went up against the 1-3 FALCONS in an attempt to remain undefeated.

The SEAHAWKS dominated yet again both in the first and second half of this game.  On the FALCONS opening drive, Jacob Horton was picked off by James Johnson who ran it into the endzone for a touchdown.

On the SEAHAWKS’ next possession, they widened their lead.  Zach Kautter found Anthony Jagers II across the middle for a TD.  The extra point was good to Chris Dotson.  The FALCONS failed to get anything going on offense and turned the ball over on all three of their possessions.  The SEAHAWKS scored one more time before the half when Chris Dotson came down with the jumpball for a TD to extend their lead to 19-0.

The second half featured a little less scoring by the SEAHAWKS and no scoring yet again by the FALCONS.  The SEAHAWKS capitalized on their first possession with a touchdown.  Zach Kautter lofted a long pass up to Chris Dotson who went up for the ball and came down with it to easily run into the endzone.  Those points proved to be the last ones of the game.  Both teams turned the ball over on their next two possessions and the game ended with a final score of 25-0 in favor of the SEAHAWKS.

The SEAHAWKS proved their superiority yet again this week.  They finished the season strong on both sides of the ball, scoring four touchdowns and recording their third shut-out of the season.  The team is full of talent with a consistent QB in Kautter and great receivers and corners in Dotson, a clear standout, Jagers, and Johnson.  It is going to be very difficult to hold this team from a championship.

The FALCONS failed to get anything going on offense and were out-physicaled on defense by the SEAHAWKS’ receivers.  With this loss, the FALCONS finished the regular season at the bottom of the 13-15 year-old division at 1-4.  Although they finished last, the FALCONS still have a chance to beat out teams like the BEARS and the PANTHERS for a better playoff finish.
