In Week 1, the CHARGERS got their first win of the season, beating the STEELERS

After two weeks of play in the youth league, the teams are beginning to become more organized and more educated on the game.  The players are becoming familiar with each other and building team chemistry.  These next two weeks is the period where we see if the talent is there, along with the chemistry.

In the 10-12 year age group, the COWBOYS and the CHARGERS are set to face each other in Week 3.  The COWBOYS sit at 0-2 and are looking to secure their first win of the season.  The CHARGERS currently hold a record of an even 1-1 and are looking to get above .500 this Sunday.

In Week 1, the CHARGERS got their first win of the season, beating the STEELERS by a score of 25-12.  However, Week 2 brought them their first loss of the season, 26-6 to the Vikings.  On the other hand, the COWBOYS lost to the Vikings 14-0 in Week 1 and in Week 2, they lost again, 18-13 to the STEELERS.

Both teams suffered a loss to VIKINGS by at least a two touchdown margin.  However, the VIKINGS appear to be an early standout in the 10-12 year age division.

So with that being said, I think this game is going to be a close one between the two teams.  Going by records and points scored, it looks like the CHARGERS have a slight edge over the COWBOYS.

However, it is still early in the season and anyone can beat anyone on any given day.  If the CHARGERS play strong defense, they have a good shot at winning.  The COWBOYS need to work hard in their pre-game practice both on offense and defense but if they do, they could shock the CHARGERS and get their first win of the season.
