The move is something that both the PFFL and the players are excited about for the fall season.

The PFFL is proud to announce that it will be playing games this fall at the newly renovated George Cupples Stadium, located in the southside. The move was finalized early this morning.

Cupples Stadium, which is most notably known as the home of City League high school football contests, is newly renovated, including new state-of-the-art field turf.

One advantage to playing in Cupples Stadium is its location. The convenient location will allow players to have their choosing of places to go for a postgame drink in preparation for Sunday Steelers games.

Another advantage is the access to new locker rooms. Having access to locker rooms will allow teams to develop game plans before and after games, as well as get out of the heat if it’s too hot, or avoid the rain.

The move is something that both the PFFL and the players are excited about for the fall season. The first PFFL games to take place in Cupples Stadium will happen in September 19th.
