With much enthusiasm, the PFFL would like to announce a partnership with The Akron Flag Football League. Within one year from our first season, the Pittsburgh Flag Football League has been able to flourish from its very humble beginnings. Starting off with four teams and a simple website, to nearly doubling in size of total players, the PFFL has strived to provide its players with quality service. The success of the organization can also be credited to the quality of the men that play in the league. Because of our commitment to our players, the PFFL will continue to make every effort to provide unrelenting improvement to the league. Our player loyalty, customer service, and on-line presence have not only strengthened the brand within the eyes of many in the Pittsburgh community at large, but it has now given way for expansion into a new city.

The Akron Flag Football League (AFFL), set to launch during the fall of 2010, will compete under the same rule book as the PFFL and have a shared calendar of weekly games. The AFFL will also have its own independent website with all of the amenities that are provided to players within the PFFL, so that the same service oriented environment can be offered to men across the border. With the fall 2010 season looming just around the corner (September 19th) and many other announcements ready to be let loose, welcome future players in the AFFL by becoming a fan on Facebook or leaving a message in the AFFL message board.
