JOE'S PROS traveling all the way from Youngstown Ohio represented the competitive spirit

In a marathon of a day of competitive 4 on 4 flag football, the championship game saw a face off between JOE'S PROS and the PRO BOWLERS. JOE'S PROS traveling all the way from Youngstown Ohio represented the competitive spirit and tenacity of the Youngstown Flag Football Association (YFFA), in a nail biter game against the PFFL's own PRO BOWLERS. Both teams were no stranger to one another or to great competition, and between the two were over 20yrs of flag football, multiple national tournament title appearances ( USFTL ) and enough "CHAMPIONSHIP" t-shirts to outfit a small village. Yet what makes an appearance so special in a tournament like "DUST off the RUST" isn't for the money, fame or global domination, its for something more and that something is RESPECT. Yes these teams have paired up and squared off at times in order to "One-up" each other, but when teams can step into a new arena with fresh talent, it ultimately presents the opportunity to "Set-The-Tone". These teams battled to the bitter end in a day that saw multiple injuries, pulled muscles and shouting matches with the refs. Yet in the end, the leadership of Joe Malys and Henry Hall accompanied by the speed of Curt Miller and Crag Sabel, complimented by the tenacity of Michael Liberato, Craig Sabel and Vince Mileto. And for those in attendance, who could forget the consistent hands of Jerome Belts whose play often times allowed for Jesse Hardin to quietly kill and lull defenders to sleep.
