In an IRON CONFERENCE showdown, veteran powerhouses PRIMETIME and VAPOR will go head to head this Sunday at George Cupples Stadium. With 5 wins under both of their belts, BLUNT FORCE has been the only team to humble these two steamroller teams.

When looking at these two teams, there just isn’t a clear victor heading into this matchup. Cornell Mack and Jason Scott are both consistently strong quarterbacks. With 22 and 20 touchdowns respectively, Mack and Scott are seasoned players who won’t let the pressure of game get to them.

The deciding factor may be who they face before this game.

Right before this contest, PRIMETIME will face PUCK U, a strong team currently at 6-1. If they fall to PUCK U, they may not have the momentum to beat VAPOR. If they clinch a big win, they will either be on fire and  carry the momentum into the VAPOR game or they will expend all their efforts and burn out in their second game. VAPOR will easily defeat the SAVAGES who are only 1-4 and will use that game as a nice warmup. The PRIMETIME offense will be worn thin after facing defenders Josh Linton, Travis Dunn, Jon Miller, and Ryan Church. The PUCK U defense has rack up more tackles and interceptions than any other team this season.  Scott will be counting on receiver Kenny Ashmore to get open and snag as many receptions as he can.
