League Meeting Notes

Thank you for those GM’s and Asst. GM’s who dialed into the conference call this evening we appreciate your participation. The overall purpose of this call was to align both new and veteran players with various topics related to the league. Below this week’s topics are listed along with a point of discussion that was brought up during the call. Lastly there is a tentative agenda for next week’s meeting which is open to all players.

 Points of Discussion

• Free Agent Draft – Concerns were raised around the structure and creating away to make drafting Free Agents more equitable.
• Season calendar – Reminder to all players that there is a league wide bye week on 10/5 and 10/26.
• Free Agency deadline – Free Agency ends on 10/1 and after that date all rosters are frozen and must meet the minimum requirements of 6 men and not exceed 8 men. https://pghflagfootball.wufoo.com/forms/adult-special-request-form/
• Player participation requirements – All players must play in 4 regular season games in order to be playoff eligible.
• Conference and divisional alignment – Alignment will be set by 10/1 if not before.

• Player conduct policy – The Player Conduct Policy was reviewed with all attendees and GM’s &  Asst. GM’s were instructed to distribute to their teammates.
