In a typical PFFL season there are five weeks of the regular season play and one week for the playoffs & championship. However, this season has required a special accommodation for the amount of teams that are competing therefore moving the roster deadline back exactly one week. As such, Free Agency and the official trade deadline end Wednesday April 2nd at 7:00pm.

WHAT DOES THIS MEAN?

By league rule, all teams must meet the requirement of a six man minimum roster and/or an eight man maximum roster for the season. Team General Managers must finalize their roster to ensure these requirements are met because after the deadline has past there will be no additions made to a team’s roster.

IF A PLAYER IS LISTED ON THE ROSTER, IS THAT ENOUGH?

It is not enough to have a player’s name listed on the roster for that person to be eligible. In order for a player to be eligible they must play in at least four games during the regular season, and have signed a waiver and paid.
