Week 5 brings out high intensity, serious football. On display this week were star players performing at their best and teams working together to win games and secure top seeds in the post season bracket. Rivalries are magnified, players push to get those last few stats, and teams have fallen into good rhythms of playing together.

It was also good to see specks of pink around the field in support of Breast Cancer Awareness Month.

With the only 10-0 season VAPOR certainly makes The Good List. Other notable seasons include PRIMETIME finishing at 8-1, STALLIONS at 8-2, and PUCK U coming out with 7-1.

The Bad

There were a ton of teams that finished this season with losing records. In the Iron Conference, DEFIANT (1-9,) WRECKING CREW (3-7,) WRENIS PINKLES (3-7,) GOODFELLAS (0-8,) DARKWINGS (3-7,) and CHIEFS (2-8) all managed to lose more games than they won. Doing slightly better than the Iron Conference, the Steel Conference had 4 teams with losing records; VENOM (3-7,) LIGHTS OUT (2-8,) ELITE (1-9,) and LIGHTS OUT X (2-8.)

The Ugly

Anytime you show up to 8 games and walk away without a single win, you’re going to make The Bad list. Unfortunately for the GOODFELLAS that’s what happened this year. With no consistency at quarterback –their entire roster has at least one passing attempt – scoring was nearly impossible for the team. 6 scores total for the year and nothing stellar on defense put this team in the ugly category.
