In only its second season, NFL Youth Flag in Pittsburgh has grown in great popularity amongst children. With the opportunity to play (a lot), meet new kids, and have fun; youth flag football in the city of Pittsburgh is something that has proven long overdue. As many youth tackle football organizations around the city begin play and the weekly demands of travel and practice pick up, considering NFL Youth Flag is considered a great alternative.
Games are held every Saturday starting on September 24th at Cupples Stadium on the beautiful Carson St. of Pittsburgh Southside. Conveniently enough, practices are also held on the same Saturdays as the games to eliminate the burden of mid-week meetings and to allow children time to focus on weekly school activities. The Pittsburgh Flag Football League also provides game stories, pictures and highlight videos for parents to download and share with friends and family.
Registration officially ends Sunday September 18th and to better accommodate those who prefer to join in person, the PFFL will be registering at Cupples Stadium Sunday September 18th from 9:00am to 12:00pm.
